Customer Care – the business case:
Success in a business is determined by whether customers feel satisfied by the standard of service they receive. UK statistics show that more than 65% of customers are not satisfied by the service they experience. In the present economic climate, it is even more imperative that we understand the psychology of the customer and what it takes to keep them onboard. Acting on this we will retain and grow business. Satisfied customers will then refer us to other business partners, creating a larger clientele group, resulting in substantiated success.

Paul Richardson has for a number of years assisted my organisation by presenting 'Customer Care' workshops in many areas around the Country. The delegates have found these workshops to be extremely beneficial and have given positive feedback. He uses a mix of illustration and spoken word by way of presentation, and I will continue to use him for tutorials, in the future
